How long does delivery take?
Orders to the Netherlands usually arrive within 5–8 business days. For other countries, you see the estimate at checkout. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Just send us an email and we will help you.
Which onesie size should I choose?
The onesie has a relaxed, roomy fit. Between sizes? Choose the smaller one for a neater fit, or the larger one for an oversized feel.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order at least 8 business days before you need it, so there is time for delivery to the Netherlands.
Does the heated robe work outside Europe?
The heated robe has an EU plug (220–240V) and is made for use in Europe.
How is the Christmas robe heated?
It heats up through a USB connection, so you can plug it into a power bank and take the warmth with you.
